Chakra is a word that has been floating around for a few years now, but not everyone has had a chance to learn about these amazing energy sources.
So what are they anyway?
Chakras are energy vortexes within our body that allow us to have energy throughout our body.
I think of them like transformers in our electrical power system. Chakras are where energy is stored, like transformers. We can call on this energy when our body is in need of it.
There are 7 main Chakras in our body. Here are where they are in the body.
Each Chakra takes care of the body that is around it.
We can have good energy or negative energy in our Chakras depending on how we take care of them.
If we want to have healthy Chakras then we want to clean and balance them on a regular bases.
Each of these chakras helps with our physical, mental and spiritual well being.
